eXp Realty’s Holly Mabery, Vice President of Brokerage Operations, and Parker Dunahay, Vice President of Agent Experience, were both named to the 2022 HousingWire Women of Influence list – an annual award honoring 50 women shaping and propelling the mortgage, real estate and fintech industries forward.
According to HousingWire, it selects women not only based on “their professional achievements within their organizations, but contributions to the overall industry, community outreach, client impact and personal success.”

Holly Leads a Cloud-Based Team of More than 350 People
Holly joined eXp Realty as a designated broker in July 2018, was promoted to Regional Operations Manager in January of 2020, then to Director of Operations in July 2020 and then was named Vice President of Brokerage Operations in May 2021. As Vice President of Brokerage Operations, Holly leads a nationwide, cloud-based team of more than 350 people who are working to keep eXp Realty and eXp Commercial moving forward. She brings 24 years of experience as a real estate broker, former president of the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, active REALTOR® association volunteer and nationally recognized trainer and public speaker.
Within eXp World Holdings, her local community and the national real estate industry, Holly’s name is synonymous with integrity, honesty, leadership, empathy, intelligence and inspiration. Every day, Holly strives to create the best possible experience for clients, agents and her team. She provides guidance for building systems, resources and tools and creatively finding solutions in a fast-changing environment. To celebrate staff, she implemented a monthly recognition program that recognizes the state team of the month, Super Star, Team Player and Culture Keeper. Her effective leadership is also reflected in employee Net Promoter Scores that are over 80% – an industry-leading standard.
Holly has led the way with her calm, methodical, innovative and adaptable approach. In 2021, she added new departments, built new processes and improved systems that have enabled staff, brokers and agents to provide better service and exceed expectations. She adds value to the company by recognizing staff for their accomplishments and acknowledging state brokerage teams for their agent and transaction numbers. Holly has also implemented technology to provide a higher level of broker supervision that outpaces other brokerages. She has provided consistent training for brokers and staff. In 2022, Holly is implementing new systems, technology and trainings to improve transactions process for brokers and agents.
Parker Dunahay Significantly Improves Agent Onboarding and Engagement
Parker joined eXp Realty as a Managing Broker in July 2018 and was promoted to Regional Operations Manager in July 2019, Director of Brokerage Operations in July 2020 and Vice President of Agent Experience in February 2021. In one year, she built the Agent Experience department and significantly improved agent onboarding and engagement – all while eXp Realty expanded from 45,000 agents in 10 countries to more than 83,000 agents in 21 countries. She brings 28 years of experience as a real estate broker/owner, team lead, instructor, coach and former president and Interim EVP of the Mid Carolina Regional Association of REALTORS® and associated MLS.
Parker is an inspiring, visionary leader who sees every challenge as an opportunity for enhancement. She finds solutions and understands how changes will impact the company. Parker takes time to address each agent and staff member with the same amount of respect and importance. With the belief that each person can make a difference, she empowers agents and staff to share ideas and feedback. Each week, she schedules time for the team to brainstorm improvements and submit ideas. She factors the eXp core values of collaboration, transparency and fun into decisions.
In 2021, Parker began the eXpert Care Concierge program, which provides onboarding support and assistance with access to eXp tools and training. She added state-level concierge services to the state broker offices in eXp World and created an Agent HUB, where agents can speak to staff, attend onboarding meetings and find onboarding resources. She also oversaw eXtend a Hand, which obtained 501(c)(3) status in 2021 and supports eXp agents, staff and families facing hardships. Throughout 2021, Parker added about 100 employees for a total of 170 team members. It is a team that people are proud to be part of, with an employee Net Promoter Score over 80%. In 2022, Parker is building an orientation department for all things agent experience at eXp.
